Unveiling the Writer

I am a senior at UC Santa Barbara, majoring in Physical Geography - Ocean Science and minoring in Science Communication. I've created this page in order to display my work, my experiences, and my areas of expertise. I aspire to be a scientific writer for a lifestyle magazine. I want to help inform the public of small ways they can change their habits to help our planet stay beautiful.

One of my favorite ways to communicate science, other than words is through my photography. I think being able to see the photos of nature incites a passion to help save it. Some of my best photos are linked under the 'photography' tab.

I am currently based in Isla Vista, California, this is one of my favorite videos that I have taken of the beach below my house. It shows the beauty of the ocean and the environment surrounding it, hopefully inspiring a sense of love for and care for helping preserve our home.
